Recipe for Green fruit shake
• 2 glasses of orange juice, almond milk or water (possibly also a mixture of everything)
• 1 glass of green leaves (spinach leaves, cabbage, lettuce)
• 5 stems of parsley, celery or coriander
• 1 green apple, cut into pieces
• 1 pear, cut into pieces
• Dates to taste
• 1 teaspoon spirulina
• 1 teaspoon bee pollen
• 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
• 10 Goji berries
• Pour the liquid into a blender and add the chia seeds.
• Prepare the leaves and fruits and place them in the blender.
• Add all remaining ingredients and blend everything thoroughly.
• For lovers of cold drinks - add ice cubes.
• For those who like it sweeter - Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
