Purim is a day of family celebration. The children dress up in costumes, exchange gift parcels (mishloach manot) and really make a lot of noise. Street parades are held and one tradition is to host the poor and needy. It is a time of family celebration and everyone takes part and gets into the spirit of the festival.
Once again this year, Israel Today will be distributing gift parcels to needy and disadvantaged children.
But we cannot do it without your help. We invite you to be a part of Purim this year and help us cheer up some children!
