Though they already have their own strict guidelines as to lifestyle and beliefs, now the Amish have also gone kosher. This change, however, is not for them but for business.

Amish Naturals, Inc. was branded with the “triangle K™ Parve” for kosher as it announced rabbinic approval of its organic pasta line. going kosher is a move forward in introducing its line of pastas.

The kosher pasta line includes five fettuccines: Plain, tomato basil, garlic parsley, whole wheat, and fiber-rich, which have been certified organic by the US Department of Agriculture.
The triangle K™ symbol assures customers their food meets strict Jewish dietary requirements in food production and consumption as it now holds official rabbinic certification.
The Amish-produced pasta line received its certification following a visit to the Amish Naturals plant by Rabbi Aryeh L. Ralbag of New York-based kosher sanctioning body, Triangle K and Associates.
