North Korea tries to shift nuclear focus on US, Israel

North Korea's communist regime on Tuesday accused the United States of aiding Israel in developing nuclear weapons, while denying it and other nations the right to engage in what it called “peaceful” nuclear activities.

The Tuesday editorial in North Korea's leading communist party newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, asserted that the US has “long actively promoted and cooperated with the Israeli nuclear armament plan.”

The Associated Press quoted the paper as claiming America “dispatched nuclear experts to Israel and transferred highly enriched uranium, the key ingredient for nuclear weapons, to them.”

Israel has maintained a policy of nuclear ambiguity over the decades, despite widespread belief that the Jewish state is a nuclear power.

The North Korean accusations regarding US assistance in the Israeli nuclear program came just weeks after a squadron of Israeli air force jets allegedly bombed a suspected nuclear facility in eastern Syria that experts believe was equipped by Pyongyang. According to media reports, undercover Israeli commandos operating in Syria over the summer acquired evidence of North Korean nuclear activity in Syria.

1 .  Israel and Syria
So far Syria has not admitted to any bombing by Israel of Nucular war heads, because they have denied ever having any. Assad dosn''t want to be called a liar, which is what he is, therefore has to remain silent on the subject. Thank you Israel for being smarting than all the Arab nations and North Korea. I praise you for this. As little a nation as Israel is, they are not afraid to fight. I do understand some of the young people in Israel do not want to go into the military. If I wern''t 75yrs old, I would go enlist in the Israeli Army in a heartbeat.

2 .  Deception
Russia has always been on the sly where arms are concerned. Everyone knows about it and yet its amazing that US had politicians who would make decisions which would put them in a disadvantageous position. Duh!!!
Shalom from up North to you too Ron Rush (-:

3 .  Nukes and disarmament
If anyone really believes Russia has gotten rid of thier nukes they haven''t, but we like the good guys we are have gotten rid of alot! We have almost done it to the point others can just about dictate to us. All we would need is a real major catastrophe (Californian earthquake at about an 8.5 or greater) and we may wind up in that situation. If the good guys don''t have them (USA) all is lost. God Bless and Shalom Dave,w.o.r.d., and Helios

Thanks and you are correct.
It never ceases to astound me that intelligent persons(that claim to follow Jesus) will start a fist fight to support their POLITICAL Party, when they KNOW that ALL politicians CAN NOT be trusted. They play the game of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS, when God could give a plug nickel about politics, and He still holds one accountable no matter what their political affiliation. I trust NO politician, and truly think each and every one of them should be imprisoned for their actions. But, I count for nothing in these things, I only count for something in God''s eyes for He only sees His Son when he looks at me..Selah and God bless.

How very true Dave...can''t help my smile here:-) Truly, who can change the mind of the Most High when He has intended to do what He wants to for His people and His land. It''s so typical that when wrongdoing is found out, accusation is the next best way to cover the crime. North Korea should focus on their own gross internal shortcomings as noted by Helios. President Kim runs a dysfunctional country of his and his late father''s own doing.

6 .  to all
The funny part of this is the fact that all the nukes on earth can not stop the Most High from doing what He is going to do.

7 .  Nukes or no nukes.......
I agree that no one should have nukes if we live in paradise but we don''t. In this world if we give up all our nukes others would have it. The purpose of us having nukes is for mutual deterrent. We live in a violent, volatile world that if we don''t have this protection we would be talking Chinese, Russians, the language of North Korea or Iranian Farsi.

I agree that nukes are something that no nation should have, but they do. The same for chemical, and biological weapons all the above are terrible indeed and cause much misery on the innocent more so than conventional arms..It would be nice if there was no need for weapons at all except to hunt game for food when needed. One day very soon this will be the case, I believe. Shalom:-)

9 .  NO ONE should have nukes!
Many nations do, though, including India, Pakistan, and the Ukraine (they were supposed to be sent back to Russia after the collapse of the Soviet , but due to an ''accounting error,'' they ''got lost''…hmmm). Israel definitely does that''s common knowledge, but so far, they haven''t admitted it.

10 .  NUKES ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE
The other nations that North Korea points out are civilized nations. So what if Israel has the bomb? Israel does not starve its own people like North Korea does. Israel even supply water and electricity to Gazans who are known Hamas terrorists. In short, North Korea is run by a madman like Iran who like to bully other nations. Just because the Joneses have it means that North Korea and Iran can have it too. They need to prove that they are civilized which is really hard for them to be.

11 .  Nuks
I don''t know what all the fuss is about,Israel has had Nuks since the 70s .to the best of my knowledge they have about 300 war heads to date, they just keep a low profile about it.

12 .  Israel does not need US nuclear material
North Korea is led by a mad man. Many dangerous weapons have been invented by Israel. In some cases Israel has more impressive weapons development then the US or Russia and does not need the US for nuclear material. The US should provide Israel with more and better conventional weapons like radar evading fighter jets and the such because this would cause the nations surrounding Israel to be less likely to start a war but when they do start a war, Israel will win.
