Report: Lebanon moves civilians away from Israel border

In another sign that renewed armed conflict between Israel and Hizballah may be on the horizon, a major Arab satellite network reported Sunday that the Lebanese army had begun pulling the civilian population back from the Israeli border.

Later in the day, a military correspondent with Israel's Channel Two News said that Syria and Lebanon are on heightened alert because they know that Hizballah is about to attack Israel or an overseas Israeli asset.

Hizballah blames Israel for the February assassination of its operational commander Imad Mughniyah, and has vowed to strike back.

Israeli government sources confirmed to The Jerusalem Post that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert sent a message to Syrian President Bashar Assad that Damascus will be held directly responsible for any Hizballah attack on Israel.

According to defense officials, Syria is readying itself to hit Israel following the Jewish state's initial response to the imminent Hizballah attack.

I urge Israel to stay at alert and use every possible means they can use to attack any nation that strike them, even if it means mass destruction, no man born of a woman will accuse them. Since these seeds of the devil bent over to fight Israel, they will know that there God in Israel, let them go ahead and attack Israel.

Boy have you gotten wrong information. It isn''t Israel who sneeks in and kidnaps our soilders. And it isn''t Israel who DAILY throw rockets at our innocent civilians. But it is the enemies of Israel who will target civilians and when Israel goes in and trys to stop the enemies of Israel they(Hezbollah) goes and hide among their civilians. Which just proves to me and the world the cowards that they are.

Have to agree

with comments from Samson and BKN. I''m just praying that these civilians are not going to be used as human shields. I do believe that the real instigators are Iran with Russia of course supplying the arms. Syria will play her part amd Damascus will be gone as prophesied. Stand strong Israel, God is with you.
