While most in the Muslim Middle East have expressed satisfaction, if not outright joy, at the election of Barack Obama as the next president of the United States, not everyone shares that optimism.

Egyptian daily newspaper Al-Qaradhawi warned that it didn't matter who the presidential candidate was, because "the Democrats are like a snake that kills you slowly without you noticing."

The article said that Arabs should not think that just because the Republican Party is typically portrayed as anti-Muslim that the Democrats are any better.

Iranian daily newspaper Jomhouri-ye Elsami went after Obama himself with a headline reading "That Black Man Will Never Change US Policy."

According to the article, "the most that that black man can do in the White House is to replace some of the staff and change some ceremonial procedures. He will never managed to change the structure of the American regime, which was established by capitalists, Zionists and racists."

The Beirut Daily Star wrote that while Obama may be sincere in changing US policy, he will face "an entire subculture that operates within the American political arena...widely known as the 'Israel' or 'Jewish' lobby" that he will be unable to overcome.

Hello Ellie: The whole point of my posting about Hussein Obama and the electoral college was to highlight the fact that Hussein Obana is not yet the elected president of the U.S. because the electoral college elects the president (Dec 15th) and not the already tallied popular vote.

Since this is the case, the election is still in the balance for the electors do not have to vote according to the popular vote.

That being the case the whole matter is still open for prayer that Hussein Obama will not be elected by the electoral college.

I don''t totally understand the electoral college system either, but I do believe these two things:
Our prayers are heard, and precious to the Lord Jesus who mediates as our High Priest.
The second is that God does raise up kings/rulers, and takes them down according to His purpose.
Sinful nations get what they asked for in judgments as Israel got Saul. we got Obama.
Judgments have been coming on our nation as we have slid down that slipppery slope of idolatry very quickly these past several years.
Our new dollar coins are coming out, without "In God we Trust" on them.

Hello Christine: I''m glad some one gets it. We''ll know on Dec 15 who the elected president is when the electoral college votes. The state popular vote just ed what electors will vote for the president in their respective states.

Hussein Obama is acting like he is the elected president right now but he isn''t. If some electors go against him because of the question of his citizenship, that will set off a constitutional crisis.

No doubt if this takes place, it was already planned by the new world order crowd. The blacks would riot because they have been conditioned to act that way, they are truly puppets of the new world order.

we have given satan and his children the right to do away with the Constitution, wish I was wrong. I also agree with my Brother in Christ Frank except that I believe God is fed up with the immoral US which I love. You can''t keep shaking your fist at God and expect to come out on top. this matter and I can''t find any words that would prove your wrong, so we agree. I too know a lot of blacks since I grew up in their neighborhood and didn''t know there was a difference until I ended up in a secrgated Okinwa. I played football for a Division Team and most of the guys that played defensive back field were black and they used to ask me to have a beer with them, only one problem, I was white and not welcome where they went. I used to go any how and couldn''t have asked for better friends. Things have changed in 40 years and not for the good. So many of us have prayed for God to deliver us from the evil of a Hussein Obama presidency. These sincere, and well founded prayers, by no means were in vain as they were lifted up to Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

elected, I do believe that he was elected because God wants him in that position to fulfill His purposes. We cannot know the mind of God. His thoughts are not our thoughts, His ways are not our ways. If this leader is our enemy, then according to Scripture, we are still to pray for him. Even if the courts are not appealed to, to rule the election of Hussein Obama-nation illegal, he is still not the elected president of the U.S. as of now.

The popular vote goes to the electoral college, and then they decide if they in turn will vote for who has won the popular vote in each state. If that happens, then Hussein is the elected president of America.

The founding fathers in their wisdom, were fearful of the lack of judgment of the people, and a well spoken flatterer, and not well intentioned individual, could deceive the people and win the election. This has indeed just happened.

They hoped that a secondary body such as the electoral college would not be susceptible to such attempts at manipulation.

It is simply amazing how their wisdom has now provided a way for such a deceiver as Hussein Obama to be defeated.

The election of Hussein Obama is illegal, he is not a natural born citizen.
