Israel to re-brand itself in the world
Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is currently working on a multi-year plan to re-brand Israel and to improve its image around the world. Livni is currently in contact with the Treasury Ministry to try and obtain a $20 million budget allocation for the project.

The purpose of the plan is to rid Israel’s image around the world as an aggressor and a warmonger, and to expose the international media and the public to Israel’s more attractive sides such as the contributions to medicine and science, great achievements in high-tech, conquering of the desert, contribution to world culture, the extraordinary number of Nobel Prize Laureates, and Israel as a great place for foreign investments such as the selling of Iscar to Warren Buffett.

Livni said that “for a long time Israel has ignored the part of public diplomacy because of lack of resources and it’s about time to invest more in the battle for public image. The return we will get will be greater than anyone could imagine.”

During the re-branding process, Israel will launch advertising campaigns in the US, Europe, and the Far East, where Israel’s positive sides would be presented. The campaign will include internet, television, and outdoor advertisings, as well as increasing Israel’s presence in international conferences and events.

1 .  Rebrand or not
Branding is fine tuning. Image is detemined by people''s nature..the nature of Israelis and that of its enemies..wanna know the future..look at the past..its repetition is inescapable.

5 .  Re-brand
Re-branding will not change the world any more, because they did not read the Bible the God''s word and abour the people of God. Until our God''s second coming this world will be like this only.
With prayers and love.

6 .  rebrand Israel?
Save your money. Those who love Israel will love Israel. Those who hate you will not change. It is simple common sense. Give your money to the Jewish people that are hurting.

7 .  no rebrand
Why rebrand? Israel is Israel.Throwing money will change nothing. Thoes who hate Israel will not change there minds by some slick add campaign. People who are aware of the Bible know Israel`s path. No rebranding will change the rest.

8 .  Rebrand
And maybe the nations should also run a campaign to improve the Gentile image. Israel has to catch up with 58 years. The nations with 3,500. So they better get going!

How about,

"Choose Love, Life, and Blessing in the Land of Milk and Honey - Welcome to Israel, stay for the Feasts Days, and then tour The Promised Land."
