Syrian psychiatrist on her way to Israel
Dr. Wafa Sultan, the Syrian-American psychiatrist who was made famous by speaking out against Islam in a television debate earlier this year, met with the Israeli Consul General to Los Angeles Ehud Danoch. During the meeting Sultan agreed to visit Israel and the two began discussing specific dates for the visit.

Sultan left Syria in 1989 and arrived in the US with her husband and her three daughters. In Syria, Sultan says, the citizens of the country are brainwashed on the subject of the Jewish and Arab worlds.

Sultan is convinced that the conflict between the west and Islam is a religious conflict, not a political one. “The problem is built within Islam and within the Koran itself. Solve the religious problems, and the political problems will be solved by themselves,” she said.

Sultan explains that for 1,400 years, Islam has been “charging forward” without anyone doubting it. “Nobody has ever dared to challenge Islam, and because of that, two generations will have to pass in order for the message to seep in. The next generation is already saturated with hate that our generation has passed on to it.” The first crack in the wall, says Sultan, was the famous caricature of the prophet Mohammad published in the Danish newspaper earlier this year.

The solution, she says, must come from international pressure exerted on the leaders of the Arab-Muslim world to change. The problem is that things are going in the opposite direction. When Sultan left Syria, there were very few private schools teaching men religious studies. Today there are more than 5,000 of them who teach the Koran to the boys of the next generation. Despite that, Sultan emphasizes that she is pessimistic as to the seriousness of the western world. ”The Arab-Muslim world must be helped by the western world through the internet, television, radio, and any other possible way, she says.”

“Nobody can get out of prison by himself, Sultan concluded referring to the millions of Muslims living under oppressive regimes. “The world needs to help those who are locked away inside the Arab-Muslim world under regimes such as in Iran and Syria,” she said.

2 .  Stolen Lands? Who are you kidding?!
George, George, George-

You need to read up on you history, bubba, and not listen to so much tripe and hype from the media and the islamofascists...that is why they have such a chokehold on the world...gullible people like you buying into their junk...I know because I used to be just like that...know what? Lies and deception hurt and continue to hurt long after they are told...the Truth only hurts once. Read the Bible and real history books about the region and then come back and talk.

5 .  To the Jew first, & then to the Gentile, Robert!!!
Have at them sir, But they cannot come lest the Father first draw them. No matter how effective you perseive your own methods to be, those you approach may not be drawn to Messiah, or worse prevented by Him from seeing. God grant you the gift of discerning those He has drawn to Messiah & not prevented.....If your heart is for souls you will need it.....

6 .  "Nobody can get out of prison by himself" But ?
Only the Lord Jesus Christ can get the Muslims, Buddhist, Atheist and the Jews out of the hand of the Devil. We the Christians should work hard within these communities to spread the wonderful Gospel of the Lord.

7 .  Continued
preventing them from drinking from the well of salvation.....Remember that no one comes to Messiah unless the Father draws them: He did not draw them: He prevented them!!! The 144 thousand Jewish evangelists will soon be drawn: & they will preach the gospel to many other drawn ones in a great tribulation harvest. The fates of the ones He blinded is in His loving hands: only He knows what He will do. I trust He will do a righteous & kindly thing (knowing Him): don''t you???

8 .  Dr. Wrath is trapped in a loop!!!
I guess that he might believe that saying a thing often enough will lend credibility to error!!! Paul opposed the false bretheren who were smuggled in to the Gentile churches to contravene the agreement between the Apostles at Jerusalem & Rab Saul, Barbabus & Titus: i.e. that Paul''s gospel of grace plus nothing would be presented to the Gentile & that Cephas (Peter) & company would continue to preach the Gospel of the kingdom which they received from Yeshuah. The ceremonial instruction continued until the destruction of the Temple when such observances were no longer possible. The gospel of the kingdom went instantly on hold until the gathering of the Gentiles should come in. Rabbinical Judaism had to be substituted for the lost Temple observances. God has plans for those of the circumcision who He blinded lest they believe: so that the Gentiles could come into the promise of Abraham & His quiver be full. God is a covenant keeping god, not a monster to condemn His beloved ones to perdition after delibertly p

9 .  "Salvation is of the Jews"
Salvation is indeed of the Jews. All that means is that Salvation came from the bloodline of Judah. His name is Immanuel. God promised the Messiah to come through that bloodline.
As for Luke 16, that is speaking of all of us. We all have the prophets to read, and if we don''t believe them, then neither will we believe that Jesus was the Christ who defeated death.
Luk 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets let them hear them.
Luk 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
Luk 16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

10 .  "Because by observing the law no one will be justified"Ga 2
I agree with you brother Robert, since the Word of God is obvious in that justification is not by the Law but by Faith in the Lord Jesus.
The following versus as the above one explain the idea clearly:
1) So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.
2) All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law."Clearly no one is justified before God by the law, because, "The righteous will live by faith."The law is not based on faith on the contrary, "The man who does these things will live by them." Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law."

12 .  The olive tree is the faith of Abraham before Moses!
In the era of the new testament the olive tree is resembeled in the faith that is held in the Christian Church.

13 .  No way out?
Jesus is the only way out of this religious and political dilemna. Bringing the good news of Jesus to the Muslim world is the only hope for any Muslim who wants out and for the eventual safety and protection of the Jews in the long run!

14 .  A Brave Voice
Dr. Sultan is a breath of fresh air in the ''politically correct'' insanity of the world. Coming from a non-religious viewpoint, she has a very important message. The truth of what she is saying is self-evident.

15 .  Dr. Sultan
You are a very brave and courageous woman. You were born for " such a time as this." The world needs more llike you, Gabrielle Brigitte, Nonie Darwish, Walid Shoebat and Zak Anan. I believe God is raising up an army of peoplle like you to tell the world the truth about Islam and the tentacles it has on its followers.

16 .  Don''t put the Jews in the same category
Robert, Please do not put the Jews in the same category. Most might not beliieve in Jesus but they have "The Book." They might not practice what the Bible says but they have the essence of the Bible. Their culture and society live by the principles of the bible unliike the Muslims and others. Remember we christians are the wild olive grated into the culitvated olive tree which is Israel. We don''t support the roots, the roots support us. My love to the Jewish people.
