Last year, Cohen took part in the “Salon du Chocolat” in Paris, the world championship for chocolate and cocoa. She was awarded the “Coup de Coer Award” in the foreign participants category, and in January, the Israeli chocolate master drew crowds of interested people, including many chocolatiers, at a very important chocolate exhibition in Tokyo who wanted to get to know the “chocolates from Israel”. Ika values the use of local raw materials for her chocolates, such as olive oil and Dead Sea salt amongst other ingredients.
