Israeli Desert Red Wine “Simeon” 2019

Red wine from our vineyard in the Negev desert

35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Shiraz & 30% Petit Verdot

Israeli red wine from the Negev area in southern Israel, near where the people of Israel camped in Bible times, at Kadesh Barnea during the 40-year journey through the desert.

In 2007 we planted our vineyard in the Negev desert on the hills of Beer Milka, about 80 km south of Beersheba and 1 km from the Israeli-Egyptian border. The vineyard is thriving!

The Simeon wine is no ordinary red wine: it tells a unique story, as its grapes thrive in the biblical land.

Simeon 2018

A blend of 35 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 35 % Shiraz and 30 % Petit Verdot

Our rich Simeon red comes from the same plains where the people of Israel once camped near Kadesh Barnea during their 40 years of desert wandering.

Of course back then they didn’t get a chance to taste this delicious wine, though Joshua did bring a huge cluster of grapes from the Promised Land! So we went ahead and planted our vineyard in the same area in 2007 and found that the grapes thrive down there as well! (If Joshua and Calev only knew 😊)

Simeon is not an ordinary red wine. With its unique history it offers you a taste of history from the Land of the Bible with these noble grapes ripened to perfection in the warm desert sun. Be surprised and Enjoy!

Galilean Red Wine YEHUDA 2016

Produced in the Upper Galilee just north of Capernaum, the “town of Jesus” along the Sea of Galilee. Among the rolling Galilean hills, this wine captures the aroma and tastes of the biblical sites where our Lord himself once ate and drank with his friends and disciples. After maturing for 24 months in smoked wooden barrels, Yehuda II captures a delicate and fruity fresh harmony to this unique blend of Galilean grapes.

A blend of Merlot 30 %, Petit Verdot 30 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 20 %, Shiraz 20 %
