During a raid in the central Samaria town of Nablus (biblical Shechem) on Tuesday, Israeli troops discovered a factory used to make terrorist weapons.
Despite its obligations under the Oslo Accords, the Palestinian Authority does very little to prevent such illegal activities, which in turn lead to more violence against Israelis, which in turn lessens the chances of a diplomatic solution leading to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
