The “Gaza siege” has become a favorite buzzword of the pro-Palestinian propagandists who have so successfully convinced Westerners that the entire population of Gaza is destitute, living in the most pitiable conditions thanks to a heartless Israeli blockade.
The Islamic terrorist group Hamas that rules Gaza encourages that perception, when it suits its agenda. At other times, such as ahead of Palestinian municipal elections, Hamas looks to portray Gaza in a much different light.
