Now, the Cabinet has decided to invest 20 million shekels ($5.6 million) in a hi-tech program for Arab citizens. Among other things, new office space will be provided and the Ministry of Transportation will improve the roads in industrial areas. “Our plan is to create conditions that will lead to thousands of new jobs,” read a Cabinet statement. “These will emerge in the areas of development, software and services, and narrow the gap between supply and demand in the Arab sector.”
