Palestinian demonstrators over the weekend rejected US President Donald Trump’s new Middle East peace plan, dubbed by the American leader himself as the “deal of the century.”

That despite the fact that the Palestinians, or anyone else for that matter, haven’t yet seen the terms of the unpublished proposal.

Decades of hostile indoctrination have resulted in a Palestinian public that today rejects almost any degree of compromise in order to reach a viable and lasting peace agreement resulting in genuine coexistence.

This rejectionist attitude has caused many Israelis, including left-wing political figures, to now question whether or not it’s possible to conclude an agreement with the current Palestinian leadership.
