Seven people were killed in a terrorist attack on Jerusalem Boulevard in Tel Aviv-Jaffa on Tuesday night, ABC News reported, citing Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.

Earlier, Hebrew media reported that eight victims had died.

One of the victims was identified as Shahar Goldman, 30, from Lod.

“She got married just over a year ago, and was an outstanding international dancer,” Lod Mayor Yair Revivo said of Goldman.

According to the mayor, Goldman leaves behind her husband Tai, her sisters Estar, Dikla and Meirav, and her parents Avraham and Ruth Goldman, who serves as the deputy principal at the Sapir School in the city.

Another victim was identified as Inbar Segev Vigdar, 33, from Tel Aviv, the mother of a 9-month-old.

Kan News reported that the other five people killed in the shooting and stabbing attack include a 20-year-old man, a 30-year-old man, a 20-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl.

In addition, 11 people were injured, including a female Israel Defense Forces soldier. Five of the victims were seriously wounded, four were in moderate condition and two in light condition.

United Hatzalah first responder Rom Ella said, “We were informed that there were injured people near the train station on Jerusalem Boulevard. Passersby told us that there were also injured people on nearby streets, and additional medics were there and continued to other scenes. Some of the injured people we treated were unconscious.”

Two Palestinian terrorists, residents of Hebron in Judea who reportedly crossed Israel’s pre-1967 lines in the Jerusalem area, were killed at the scene by police officers, municipal security guards and armed civilians.

The terrorists were identified as Mohammad Khalaf Saher Regev and Hassan Mohammad Hassan Tamimi.

Police continued to secure the scene as ballistic missiles fired by Iran rained down on Tel Aviv, the Kan News public broadcaster noted.

The victims were evacuated to Wolfson Medical Center in the nearby city of Holon and to Sourasky Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital).

A police officer on the scene said the attack involved at least two gunmen who exited a train car and opened fire on people waiting at one of the light rail stations on Jaffa’s Jerusalem Boulevard.
