To help remedy that situation, Citipass, the operator of Jerusalem’s light rail, is encouraging passengers to use their time on the train to learn a little Arabic. To kick off the initiative, the trains in Jerusalem were adorned with posters offering simple Arabic phrases and their Hebrew translations.
