Soldiers at checkpoint opened fire killing the assailant in latest attack in ‘car and knife intifada’
Three Israeli soldiers were wounded, one seriously, when a Palestinian Arab man slammed his vehicle into them at a checkpoint in Samaria on Tuesday evening.
Other soldiers stationed at the checkpoint immediately opened fire and killed the assailant.
Along with the wave of stabbings, this current campaign of violence has included numerous acts of vehicular terror.
