“The God upon whom Samoa is founded is the God of the Bible. If we go back to theology, He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and from them comes Jesus Christ in whom we believe.”

As belligerent criticism towards Israel increases around the world, the Jewish nation is thankful for friends anywhere, if only from a tiny Polynesian island in the Pacific Ocean. The island state, which has approximately 200,000 inhabitants, continues to be one of Israel’s most fervent and committed supporters in the United Nations.
