Guy Hochman is a beloved Israeli comedian who gained a bit of international recognition during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where he interviewed fans from across the Muslim world to find out how they really feel about Israel.
The clips were hilarious, and often heartwarming, as many Arabs and Iranians expressed love for the Jewish state. But others began threatening Hochman and he was compelled to return early to Israel for his own safety.

Fantastic article! It made me smile. What a great guy, and look at the photos of smiling IDF Bravehearts! Israelis are a unique people, and where in the world does one find soldiers standing in circles holding shoulders and singing the Psalms of the great King David?!
It pains me deeply, when I read of any IDF soldier killed in battle, and I pray many times a day for the protection of each soldier and each hostage. It was so difficult to see a bigger number of fallen soldiers this morning. Heart-wrenching.
I have previously, years ago, contributed to giving pizza via Israel today to the soldiers, and I wonder if it is at all possible to treat them with good stuff? Perhaps it’s difficult to send it to them? I don’t want to contribute to gear only. Good food also lifts the spirit. Regards from Denmark
