Syria’s new jihadist rulers have reacted angrily, threatening to invade the Jewish state and do to Israelis what Hamas did on Oct. 7.

“If the regime harms the Druze, it will be harmed by us,” Netanyahu and Katz said in joint statement.

The land claims of the biblical Davidic dynasty should be given at least as much consideration as those of jihadist Islam.
The recent toppling of Syrian ruler Bashar al-Assad raises many questions. Nothing lasts forever, neither the Assad regime nor the regime of the ayatollahs in Tehran.
The Arab governments in the Middle East are less enthusiastic about the new government in Syria than the Western states.
