When US President Donald Trump ended his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky yesterday with an outburst in the Oval Office and an effective ejection from the White House, many saw this as a lesson for Israel. Zelensky did not come to talk straight but to start an ideological discussion. He views the world through the lens of values – weak against strong, injustice against justice. No because Ukraine is one big money laundering operation!
President Trump is committed to Israel. It’s ridiculous to suggest otherwise. The war in Ukraine is underrepresented factually in the media. Zelensky comes across as a goon, a front man for a war of lies. He is way out of his depth on the world stage. Whatever this war is really about, if Ukraine wants to play with American money then it needs to grow up and appoint an adult to do the negotiations.
Israel is an entirely different issue altogether. Mr Netanyahu is an experienced world player, and the consequences of what is happening is much closer to home for America despite the geography. President Trump has shown his intentions clearly, and the support is unwavering. To suggest otherwise is just trouble-making rubbish.
Poignant article…..‘it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man’..?
Exactly! Israel must realise it’s hope and protection is in God alone. Then Israel will be delivered from her enemies!
