VIDEO: Dancing Water in the Shadow of Jerusalem’s Walls

Teddy Kollek Park with its dancing columns of water is a new and popular attraction in Jerusalem, especially with children

Teddy Kollek Park, situated on the edge of Jerusalem’s Old City near Jaffa Gate, is one of the newer and more popular attractions in Israel’s capital. Of special interest, especially to younger visitors, is the large fountain area, where columns of water shoot out of the ground in sequence to music. The park is one of several stations around the city established in memory of Teddy Kollek, a legendary mayor of Jerusalem from 1965 to 1993.
