Court Order against God

A resident of the northern port city of Haifa petitioned the Magistrate’s Court for a restraining order against God.

The plaintiff, who chose to represent himself, accused the Almighty of treating him badly. It was noted during the hearing that God did not appear in court, although believers might question that since He is everywhere. Presiding Judge Ahsan Canaan denied the request, saying that the applicant needed help but not from the court.
