The mother-of-two has been a bit out of the limelight since her wedding and the births of her children, but organizers were able to lure her back in front of the cameras for the world’s biggest televised event.
Eurovision is always held in the home country of the previous year’s winner.
Quirky singer Netta Barzilai won the 2018 competition, bringing Eurovision to the Jewish state for just the third time. The 64th Eurovision song contest will be held in Tel Aviv on May 18 of this year. An estimated 100,000 international visitors are expected to flood into Israel for the event.
