Rakefet Russak-Aminoach, the 50-year-old CEO and President of the Bank Leumi Group, ranks number 43 on the iconic list.

Aminoach is hailed as a banking wizard, getting credit for the bank’s posting of a 73 percent increase in profits. Some of this, however, came at the expense of the overall economy and rank-and-file workers: 700 employees were forced to take early retirement.

Under a new law that puts a cap on how much bank executives can earn, Aminoach also took a pay cut, with her annual salary dropping to $658,000. Last year, she made a whopping $2.1 million, which is the highest among the top four bank CEO’s in Israel.

The Fortune list also included a number of other Jewish women, including Sheryl Sandberg, the Operations Manager for Facebook; Irene Rosenfeld of Mondelēz International; Israeli-born Oracle CEO Safra Catz; and the financial controller for Google Alphabet, Ruth Porat.
