The feeling that Iran is behind the latest wave of Palestinian terrorism was bolstered this morning when Iranian hackers published footage of yesterday’s deadly bus stop bombing in Jerusalem.

An Iranian hacker group that calls itself “Moses Staff” posted a video clip in which the bomb placed at a bus stop along the Highway 1 entrance to Jerusalem is seen exploding, wounding over a dozen people, one of whom later died of his injuries.

The footage was apparently taken from a roadside security camera, suggesting that Moses Staff managed to hack into the computer system of either the Jerusalem Municipality or local police.

Moses Staff has carried out a number of cyberattacks on Israel in recent years. Most have not caused any damage to sensitive computer systems, but have rather been focused on “exposure.” Last year, for instance, the group published the personal details (including home address and phone number) of all members of a particular IDF combat brigade.

One of the victims from Wednesday’s terror bombing remains in critical condition and fighting for his life at a Jerusalem hospital.
