Israel has approved the launch of a pilot project to restore basic services in the Gaza Strip. The Security Cabinet on Sunday authorized the Board of Peace, established earlier this year at the initiative of US President Donald Trump, to enter the Gaza Strip on Sunday. The project will initially begin in Rafah.
A senior government official, referring to the International Stabilization Force (ISF) to be deployed to Gaza, emphasized: “In this phase, it will consist of only about 200 representatives from friendly countries such as Uganda and Morocco.” At the same time, the stabilization force will also include soldiers from Kosovo and Kazakhstan in this first phase. Furthermore, talks are being held with countries such as Albania, Vietnam, and Georgia.
