The physical and political struggle raging for the Land of Israel is, finally, spiritual. While multitudes consider this a simplistic view, it is a hard-and-fast Biblical one. Solidly Scriptural.
The Lord God of Israel is a land settler, and the settlers are doing what He has planned for them to do; commanded them to do; ordained that they must do; foretold that they will do and enabled them to do.
For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will still choose Israel, and settle them in their own land. (Isaiah 14:1a – emphasis added)
Israel’s arch-enemy – Satan – is wildly opposed to Jewish settlement; to Jewish existence in fact; he knows how essential the one is for the other. All opposition to Jewish settlement is compelled by him. In his ranks are the Islamic world, and the progressive Western one.
