The unemployment rate in Israel fell to 4.1 percent in September after remaining steady at 4.3 percent in August. The total workforce in Israel numbers around four million, of which 3,836,000 were employed and around 160,000 unemployed. This is the best rate since the recording of these statistics began in 1995.
