Watch: Jewish Settlers Sing Psalm 54, Seek God’s Salvation

Coronavirus has caused many Israelis to turn their eyes toward Heaven

In 2 Chronicles chapter 7, God informs Solomon what he and the people of Israel are to do should He ever release a plague or other calamity upon the Land.

“If I close the sky so there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send a plagueamong My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.” (verses 13-14)

Amid the various reactions in Israel to the coronavirus pandemic is a growing movement of those turning their eyes toward Heaven.

In but one example of this phenomenon, Jewish settlers in the Judean town of Efrat posted a YouTube clip (see above) of them singing Psalm 54 and seeking the Lord’s salvation in this time of trouble.
