HaGvura‒The Forum for Families of Fallen Heroes urged Washington not to extend a “lifeline” to terrorists trapped in a tunnel in Gaza’s south.

“We want to believe they weren’t part of this,” a spokesman for the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office told JNS.

Two armed terrorists opened fire at a bus stop and were reportedly “neutralized” at the scene by an Israeli soldier and a civilian.

“It is important that everyone out there who helps Israel in various ways knows that, when the time comes, Israel will assist them,” the victims’ attorneys said.

“We always pray for Israel, and especially the people of Samaria,” the House majority leader said.

“It is emphasized that roofing the compound will not affect the prayer arrangements or the status quo at the Tomb of the Patriarchs,” the Israeli Defense Ministry’s COGAT unit told JNS.

The move came at the orders of the Cabinet, an official told JNS.
