In recent days we have repeatedly heard threats, such as US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s warning to the Israeli War Cabinet that “Israel risks being isolated worldwide if it launches a ground offensive in Rafah.” The United States underlined this warning by abstaining yesterday from the Security Council’s vote on the resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. In addition, more and more “Israel-friendly governments” are turning away from Israel and threatening an arms embargo if Jerusalem does not follow the instructions of Western governments. Israel was completely surprised when the British government gave it an ultimatum a few days ago: “If Israel still wants weapons from Great Britain, then Red Cross officials must visit the Hamas terrorists captured in Israel.”

Israel must decide on whom to rely, on the pagans of the Western governments that we consider our allies, or on itself. With God, with its history, with its people and its land. This is not biblical fiction, but a political reality. This is the tension in which the people find...

    Precisely.
    Thank you, Ariel.
We are still praying for your family.

This has been coming for centuries. There is no appeasing The Adversary. Israel has placated their enemies for decades only to let them grow stronger. Only the G-d of Israel will be your help.

If we have learned anything over the past 4 years it is that we cannot trust our governments, however the Bible teaches that we can trust God and His promises. Israel was re-born in 1948 and since then God has been bringing His people home ‘from all the nations’ back to their land. As in the biblical past, and in 1967 & 1973, if the people put their trust in God they will prevail despite the odds being stacked against them because He has a plan and purpose and nothing will thwart it.

The nations turning away from Israel are cowardly nations being threatened by terrorist nations. The time to stand up to terrorist nations is before they make good their threats. If they do attack, join with Israel and learn how to fight against evil instead of cower before them. Israel is fulfilling its part of standing against the enemies of good people, she will still be standing when the smoke clears, the other nations? not so sure they will survive. Those nations running away from the fight against evil, are guaranteeing they will lose when it comes to them.
It is the Lord who will bring victory to Israel, not the cowardly nations.
