MembersA godless West is not morally superior

I’ve long argued that a godless West simply can’t understand or properly reason with a Middle East where religion rules politics.

Peoples who have either forgotten their God or deliberately ignore Him cannot understand other peoples when they take God into account in their worldview and politics. Or more precisely: Allah determines the politics of Israel’s Arab neighbors, and the God of Israel determines politics here in the country. This became clear to me again not only from the speeches of our Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but also when the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Hossein Salami, said in mid-December: “The Revolutionary Guards are so strong because they are connected to divine power. I dare say that no world power is able to compete with the Revolutionary Guards on sea, land and in the air.”

Religion determine politics in the Middle East – in Israel, but also in the Islamic world. I can understand why the West does not want God in politics, probably because of the numerous religious wars in their history. But the enlightened West, which probably sees the Middle East as old-fashioned and primitive, loses its identity without God, and we see...

One response to “A godless West is not morally superior”

  1. Steven Feltovich says:

Deuteronomy 28:7 – The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.

Israel doesn’t defeat its enemies or bring about peace to their land, because of its military capabilities and strategical advantages.

God promised from the beginning of time to protect Israel from its enemies, but [only] if Israel obeyed Him and kept His commandments.

Remember Moses, God only gave him an empowered rod [staff] to conquer Pharaoh and the Egyptians.

It was God’s doing, not man’s!

God is NOT referring to the keeping of the commandants and ordinances of man’s invented or established religious beliefs or customs.

The Bible says that we pray “amiss” in most cases. We pray for world leaders and governments to come to our rescue to fulfill our own selfish desires. God wants the house of Israel to solely depend on Him alone – God alone is the provider of safety for Israel today, tomorrow, and in the future. God doesn’t expect you to desire allies, governments, diplomatic strategies and solutions to come to Israel’s rescue. God alone delivers: He puts up, and He puts down. The God of Israel has always shown His power and might through a small and separate nation [Israel], and NOT through this world’s empires. It’s conditional – God always requires His commandments and covenants to be kept in order for His protection and blessings to flow through His people. This doesn’t come from this world’s organized church/worship system. Because His blessings are only provided directly from the throne of God. The USA is a FALLEN NATION and has succumbed to false organized religions; therefore, there isn’t any righteousness in the land. The whole world is now become “the children of disobedience” as God has stated through the ancients. God abhors the hypocrisy and self-righteousness of this present generation. He wants our repentance and obedience to His laws – Individually.
