Modern culture is accustomed to speaking in the language of peaks such as success, growth, development. But nature, the body, the mind, and even the Bible teach that this is not the true language of existence. Life is not a straight line but a cyclical movement of ebb and flow.

The sea is perhaps the simplest place to understand this. It does not remain in one state. It rises and falls, expands and contracts. There is no drama around the low tide and no celebration around the high tide. It is a natural, constant movement, part of the laws of creation.

However, when we look at our lives, we tend to interpret the waves in a completely different way. A high tide is perceived as success, a low tide as failure. A rise as proof of blessing, a decline as a sign of crisis. Already on the physical level, we can see that reality is more complex. The human body does not operate in a straight line.
