MembersTachles with Aviel – How independent is Israel?

How independent is the political and military system from foreign powers? Can Israel really decide everything on its own? Probably not.

For some time now, there has been a debate in the country about whether the military leadership, especially the General Staff, is shaped by a left-wing ideology and whether its strategic concepts are out of touch with reality in the country. This criticism comes mainly from national-conservative circles, which accuse Israel’s military leadership of not acting decisively enough against Israel’s enemies and of being too beholden to political considerations. In addition, the Israeli government under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also accused of being controlled from abroad. He and his right-wing religious coalition are increasingly confronted with accusations that Israel’s war policy is determined by Washington.

Critics claim that many officers and generals of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) hold a rather liberal or left-wing worldview. It is noted that officers often go into politics after their military careers and position themselves more to the left, such as Benny Gantz, Ehud Barak, or Moshe Yaalon. As a result, Israel shows excessive leniency towards its enemies, according to the accusation.

    Dear Aviel … good point.
But at least Isarel and all Jews have to face the fact that all division into leftist, centric or right-wing factions is just a global anti-jewish trick to split up Jews. And the aim is to destroy Israel. And even any Jewish, any Israeli live.
It’s just as easy as: You never can live in peace with Kill-Bill. And to all who doesn’t see that – just look at Nova: the murderers did not care about Left, Centric, Right, even not about Bedu or Arab. They killed all of them.

About Trump … you have to think twice (I hope): He is working now with threats and visions. Politically this is at first not wrong. It’s a mobster game. If Hamas or Iran or Houthi don’t understand … it’s good, not bad.
Cause after that there is a chance to come to a real solution. So just have confidence in HIM – but let’s do what we can in HIS name.
