They claim the competition is increasingly overshadowed by political conflicts—particularly the wars in Israel, Gaza, and Ukraine—losing its cultural relevance. This is all nonsense! A cheap and idiotic excuse, because anyone can see that Spain—and likely other European governments—simply can’t stomach that Israel is more popular than they imagined or desired.
