Over the summer we were approached by both our readers abroad and farmers working the lands adjacent to the Gaza Strip.

Our readers wanted to know how they could help the Israeli families living in the south of the country, whose crops, fields and pastures have been repeatedly burned by terror kites emanating from Hamas-ruled Gaza. The farmers wanted to know if we could put them in touch with friends abroad who were willing to help. It’s always nice to find that Israel Today is connecting people around the world to Israel in practical ways. Our first order of action was to help the beekeepers operating in the border region, whose beehives had been destroyed by the terror kites.
