Israel attaches great importance to this meeting and sees it as an opportunity to help shape such US Middle East policy.

Trump has his own instincts and distinguishes between pre-January 20 and post-January 20 Middle East policy, but decisions have not yet been made in his administration on many issues, which is why this meeting is so critical.
