What a crazy development. Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his foreign minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, both killed in a helicopter accident while coordinating a multi-front war against Israel through their proxies. The crash happened on May 19, 2024, just five weeks after Iran carried out an unprecedented direct attack from its own territory on Israel, launching over 300 missiles and suicide drones (and after Israel’s response).

This remarkable “coincidence” raises the question of whether or not this was an instance of divine intervention. Perhaps even fundamentalist Shi’ite Muslims are asking this question.

We decided to see what Israel Today readers thought by conducted a survey via our Telegram channel (you are also welcome to join us on Telegram and cast your vote).

At the time of publishing, the survey has over 1,500 respondents.

Was the death of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in a helicopter crash a case of DIVINE JUDGMENT? 72% say yes 13% say no 15% aren’t...

One response to “Crash and burn – divine intervention?”

  1. AdinoBenaiah says:

    Pr 21:1
The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will. (Ex. Pharaoh)

    Rom 13:1-3
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

The Lord sets them up, and the Lord knocks them down. It’s all by His Divine Will.

    Rom 3:10-11
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

From the least to the greatest, throughout all human history, we are altogether vanity. We are all counted less than nothing.
