
It has been difficult this month to find news about much other than the US presidential election. Israeli media has been fixated on whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden will be sitting in the Oval Office for the next four years, a question we will likely have a final answer to only next month.
Here at Israel Today, too, this has been the primary topic of editorial conversations. Now, given the charged atmosphere surrounding this election, we feel compelled to point out that as a publication we are not endorsing one candidate or another. We are here to report on how Israeli society at large, and the Messianic community in particular (when relevant) is relating to the topic.
That said, there is talk of how perhaps it is to Israel’s benefit that Trump serve only one term. He did more in Israel’s favor than any US president before him. Trump presented a peace plan that put Israel’s claims and concerns front and center; he sidelined an intransigent Palestinian leadership; he finally moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem and...

I believe Trump has been the best president to Israel in my life time. I’ll be 70 in two days. Biden is not good for America or Israel. He is not in control only a puppet on a string and really has no idea what he has done to America. We are a laughing stalk to the world. If you get in a war with Iran Biden will hide. Trump would be your true ally.
