MembersOpinion: Kingdom Wars

The war against the restoration of Israel has many battlefronts, but one commander.

There are only two kingdoms.

For more than 150 years, the LORD has been about the business of restoring His kingdom to Israel, while the ruler of this world – whose reign will soon end – has furiously fought to stop Him.

From the start, according to the Bible, God purposed that, having scattered Israel throughout the Gentile world, to return them physically to their land, then spiritually to Himself.

This is Israel’s certain destiny: that the Jews will be a God-fearing, God-serving nation in their land.

All the hordes of hell oppose this. The assault has been ruthless.

Over the last century-and-a-half – from every point of the compass, every angle, every side – forces have come against the Jews: against their physical existence; against their move into statehood; against their very Jewishness.

It is not difficult to identify these forces. They include: The British Empire; Nazi Germany; the USSR; Islam; the Arab League; the PLO; Hamas; Hizb’Allah; Iran; China; Russia; US administrations, both Democrat and Republican; the United Nations; the European Union; the Non-Aligned Movement; the African Union, the Organisation of Islamic...

Thank you Stan for these strong, yet hope filled words.
We are in a battle. But the battle belongs to the Lord!

Yes – Israel is between Pharaoh’s forces and the deep red sea….

“And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward…”

It’s just tough to see at the present… The urge is to, like Moses, cry out to God. We are fully expectant of His intervention – His way; His time; the outcome is sure.

Thank you, Stan. Your quote, “..Israel is between Pharaoh’s forces and the deep red sea…”, brings to mind the strategic position of God’s Angel in Exodus 14:19; “..the Angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them..”
In Exodus 23:21, God speaks of His Angel, “..My name is in Him…” And Matthew 3:17, records God’s voice from heaven speaking of Jesus, “This is My beloved Son..” And in the Complete Jewish Bible I read 1 John 5:5, “Who does overcome the world if not the person who believes that Yeshua is the Son of God?” In all these things we are more than conquerors through Christ who loves us. (Romans 8:37)

  2. Mark Watkins says:

    Shalom Stan,

Bravo Achi, how could any true believer in Yeshua that cannot love Yisrael and the Jewish People is beyond me.

Not sure how much longer I will be here, but suffice it to say, as long as Adonai gives me life, my heart’s prayer and last breath on my lips is Ani Oheve Yisrael!

    Shalom Aleichem Stan.

  3. Vernon Ryan says:

Isiah 54 speaks of a perpetual covenant of peace to Israel, in verse 17 He says, “no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn.”
There has been much tongue wagging from the left in today’s Israel, they are digging a deep hole for themselves, they will find out how deep when they fall into it.

  4. Disciple 1978 says:

The devil knows he only has a short time, (Rev 12:12) so he is marshalling his forces to achieve his final one world government rule of the world. Israel provides him with the necessary focus to complete his anti-God strategy. His three fronts are religion, economy and political. Religiously the world is going back to the days of Noah and Lot as immorality becomes the norm. (Luke 17) Economically ESG, Enviromental, Social and corporate Governance, rules are forcing all sectors of society to comply with a worldly ideology that will bring in the “Mark of the Beast” system of a cashless, digital currency. (Rev 13) Global governance is coordinated throughout all political systems. (Dan 8:9)
The kingdom of God is ushered in as these forces are destroyed with the brightness of the Lord’s coming. (2 Thess 2:8) The Lord shall then rule from Zion, from Israel. (Ps 110:2; Micah 4:7)

  5. G. Ian Goodson says:

Well said, Stan. It is only through understanding the spiritual battle that all the craziness of wokery and politics makes sense. We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and cry out that Christians will recognise the Jewishness of our faith. Every blessing in the Messiah.
