Yes, there is a possibility that Israel could lose some of its military and strategic gains in the conflicts in Lebanon and Gaza if the next steps are not planned wisely and carefully. Even now, as we watch the whole circus in Gaza – every time Israeli hostages are released – the joy of seeing our brothers and sisters free is immense. On the other hand, we must honestly admit that Israel has taken a dangerous risk in doing so.

Where did the cleaned-up Hamas terrorists suddenly come from? I thought Israeli forces had killed most of them. But in recent weeks, things have been different. In the north, we see the Lebanese Army failing to keep the Lebanese population and Hezbollah members away from the border fence. In the 60-day ceasefire, Lebanon promised Israel that the Lebanese Army would take control of the Israel-Lebanon border, but no, it does not look like that. In Lebanon, Israel has failed to insist on a buffer zone and Hezbollah is once again making its presence felt.

In Gaza, Israel gave up the Nitzarim Corridor...

  1. Susan says:

Whenever Israel trusts another nation to be its Supreme authority other than the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, tragedy is on the horizon.

  2. psalm100al says:

If Israel, as a nation, would recognise their God’s only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Messiah, who suffered horrendously for all, was crucified, died, was buried and rose from the dead, paying the price for their and our sins, then all Israel’s enemies wouldn’t stand the slightest chance against them. It’s the same in the Western world, as the majority have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ, so our enemies have been allowed to relentlessly take us over. God is lifting his hand of protection.

  3. John Taylor says:

Ever since the Gaza attacks on 10-7-23, I’ve wondered how such elaborate tunnels were allowed to be constructed. Israel evacuated Gaza in 2005 which means that the tunnels were dug and furnished in 18 years. Hezbollah also built a similar underground setup in the north.
Israel needs to go to the UN and various Arab leaders and tell them that tunnels will no longer be allowed and will be subject to closure upon discovery. The entire world saw how much viciousness was enabled by the tunnels.
