I understand that the international community does not comprehend this. However, nations also do not understand when Israel shows mercy toward its enemies. Yesterday, UNRWA announced that nearly 530,000 Palestinian children across the Gaza Strip were vaccinated against polio. This occurred even though Israel is at war in Gaza. It is thanks to Israel. Has anyone publicly acknowledged this? The UN, UNRWA, the EU, or any other Western government that so strongly advocates for the well-being of Palestinians? Before October 7, I, too, believed that we should show consideration—or even more consideration—toward the civilian population in Gaza. But today, I no longer think that way. I don’t care anymore, because everything has its time—there is a time to kill, and a time to heal. He who is merciful to the cruel will be cruel to the merciful.

It’s true that the polio vaccine benefits the children. Children shouldn’t be drawn into war. But who on the Palestinian side showed mercy to Israeli children on October 7? Has anyone on the Palestinian side ever shown mercy to Israeli children?...
