What’s next?
On the Security Cabinet’s table are several political and strategic plans for what will happen to the Gaza Strip and how Israel will push Hezbollah back from the northern border. Israel’s home front will probably have to pay a high price for this and the number of reservists called to duty will double. In addition, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized several times that he would not allow the Gaza Strip to be handed over to the Palestinian Authority under Mahmoud Abbas, nor a two-state solution. Since the outbreak of war, Netanyahu has avoided a proper debate on these matters. Most often our choices boil down to pleasing Ha Shem or going against His will. He already gave the answer to this dilemma when He set Israel’s boundaries. It is time for israel to truly believe He meant what He said.

I thought G-d set those boundaries when Joshua lead the tribes of Israel into the land promised to Abraham’s descendants.
