“Jerusalem is not ours,” the Shi’ite Muslim Imam Mohamad Tawhidi says. “We have nothing to do with Palestine,” the self-declared Muslim reformer asserts.

In a frank and truthful moment, Tawhidi admits, “We (Muslims) never had a problem with the Jewish people,” in this candid interview on the Candace Owens Show aired on the PragerU channel. 

The Islamicist goes on to acknowledge that even Jerusalem never had a special place in Islamic teachings until the establishment of the Jewish State. “We had our own holy places, Mecca and Medina,” he admits. 

Jerusalem only became an important Islamic city when it could be used as a deceptive political propaganda weapon to stir up the Muslim world’s anger towards the Jewish state, the honest cleric points out.
