Pressing the olive harvest into oil. Together we can do it!
We are starting a new project: the actual production of olive oil. We will start by pressing our olives into fine oil. After that we plan to offer our service as an oil press to other olive groves in the area. This benefits the desert and the pioneer farming settlements there as well as strengthening the news media work of Israel Today.
We need to raise this support before the end of the year, and an oil press costs around $115,000 (100,000 Euros). Would you be able to help?

OUR GREENING PROJECT HAS STARTED
We have ordered a new olive press (cold press) in Italy for 90,000 €. Half of the payment is already paid. The second half we will transfer as soon as the olive press arrives in the port of Ashdod. We have started with the greening project in the desert this year, even though the timing is not ideal. The olive trees have grown, and the harvest can start next year. Everything must be ready by then.
In total, with the olive press, infrastructure, concrete floor, storage, water and electricity line and recycling system, the overhead costs stand at 145,000 €. We have already taken out a loan. Now the vision comes true. Those who wish to assist our unique greening project will receive the finest olive oil as a thank you.
