The biblical prophets provide various predictions regarding End Times redemption. Some of these have been fulfilled, but others seem to have been postponed as a result of improper behavior or decisions, at least according to Jewish thinking.
The world is at a historic fork in the road where many of the prophecies meet. What will happen in our day according to our interpretation of Scripture? Are we missing out on prophetic opportunities as the Jewish people return to their homeland from all corners of the world? How much does the fulfillment of prophecy depend on the behavior of the reborn State of Israel?
In the first redemption, two people who did not belong to the people of Israel participated. One was the Midianite high priest Jethro, who had heard of the miraculous liberation of the Children of Israel from slavery in Egypt. He approached the people of Israel and their leader of Moses and offered his support and advice on how to better lead the nation.
