Might seem spooky but this is something to keep an eye on. Is the easily-trackable smartphone device in our hand a precursor to the “mark” without which we cannot buy or sell? And now an Israeli company is picking up on the Google “smart glasses” idea of putting mini-smartphones on our forehead, or close to it.
By now it’s almost too trivial to mention how quickly computer technology is making global tracking of billions of citizens virtually a done deal.
Today the common desktop computer can hold a trillion pieces of information (a terabyte). When we consider that there are “only” 8 billion humans, and the rate of tech innovation; we see how easily world governments and organizations can join forces to limit criminal actions. Some suspect that a united, global system such as this is a precursor of the “beast” prophesied in the last book of the New Testament – Revelation.
Just a week ago Israel Today received a Hebrew press release for an Israeli hi-tech startup called EyeJets.net, which is developing solutions for the next form of smartphone, to...

The mark of the beast is mentioned in Rev 13, a chapter that deals with the
Middle Ages, the Reformation, and the Counter-Reformation.
The Papacy is the ‘man of lawlessness’ (2 Thes 2:3), because in symbolic language a man is not a literal man, neither is a woman just a woman – they stand for powers. That man of lawlessness reigned for twelve centuries, exterminating between 50 and 150 million people, and his central doctrine is the Trinity.
The ‘triune God’ which rose between the 2nd and 5th century, plus all the other
doctrines of Rome are idolatrous and lure man into lawlessness without the latter realizing it; there is a reason why she is called “Babylon the great, the mother of prostitutes [idolatresses] and of the filth and atrocities and abominations [idols] of the earth.”
Anyone who did not submit to the Papacy, anyone who dared to deny the Trinity
or who denied that the wine turns into Christ’s real blood, or who immersed adults, or who observed the Sabbath, or who spoke in tongues, etc. – was usually tortured to death or burned or buried alive. The lucky ones were merely branded heretics and would become outcasts. They would live on the fringe of society without being allowed to trade. No one was permitted to ‘buy or sell’ (Rev 13:17) unless they were in allegiance with Rome, unless they had submitted to her idolatries, unless they had her mark. Accordingly, the minimal price for defying Rome Papal was the exclusion from all economic life. Initially, the Nazis applied the same technique with the Jewish people.
The second beast mentioned in Rev 13:11 refers to the Jesuit Order which rose
in the 16th century. Unitarianism had revived back then, and the Jesuits brought the people back in line with the Papacy aka ‘the son of perdition.’ Anyone who denied the Trinity was exterminated.
The sign which the Hebrews were told to bind to their hands and have as frontlets on their foreheads signifies the Law (Exod 13:9; Deut 6:8; 11:18).
The mark of Israel is the Law, and the mark of Israel’s archenemy (Rome) is
Lawlessness, to wit, antinomianism. Having the mark on the hand denotes practicing lawlessness, and having it in the forehead points to an entrenchment in one’s thinking (Rev 13:16; 14:9; 20:4).
Naturally, today’s ‘Blessed Most Holy Trinity’ goes back to Babylon and can thus
also be found in Kabbalah (Jewish Mysticism). It is symbolized by the Babylonian triquetra, i.e. three interlocked sixes. Any person who is lured into Trinity devotion receives the mark of Rome which is the mark of Daniel’s 4th beast: lawlessness.
Trinity allegiance provides the mark because it turns people into incessant idolaters. The Oneness/Trinity dogma is in direct violation of the 1st commandment and of the Shema which Yeshua called the most important commandment: that God is One, and that we are to worship none other than Him (note: we are to honour the Son but we are not to idolize him as Almighty God):
“One of the scribes came up and heard Yeshua debating the Tzedukim and Prushim. Seeing that Yeshua replied well, he asked him: “Which is the most important mitzva?” Yeshua said: “The most important mitzva is this: ‘Hear, O Yisra’el, Yahweh our God, Yahweh is one, and you are to love Yahweh your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, with all your understanding, and with all your strength.’ This is the first and foremost mitzva.” (Mk 12:28–30)
[Note: Because the Shema was seen as Trinity denial, it was banned by Byzantine Emperor Justinian in 534 CE].
There is only one God, the Father. (1 Cor 8:6a)
Mainstream Christendom has received the mark of the beast for the last 1,900 years. Even the 7th-Day Adventists have received it because they too have turned the Son of God into God the Son.
The idolatrous construct which emerged after 68 CE, parallel to increasing pagan influence, was foreshadowed 3,500 years ago at Mount Sinai. When Moses failed to return 40 days after his ascension, the Gentiles proposed to raise a Golden Calf; they told Israel, ‘This is your god who saved you.’ The early Christians expected Yeshua to return after a few years or decades, and when after 40 years He still hadn’t come, the Gentiles began to erect their triad; they told the ‘new Israel’ (which had allegedly replaced ‘blind Jewry’), ‘This is your god who saved you.’
All who worshipped the Golden Calf died, and all who worship the Holy Trinity
will die (for all eternity in a fire pit) [note: the Jewish people will be cleansed from any idols; all of Jewry will be saved].
Only a remnant of those who left Egypt entered the Promised Land: two people.
The first generation was marked by unbelief, idolatry, and a rebellious spirit which refused to submit to Moses; that generation typifies Gentiles who refuse to submit to the Law; though having joined regenerate Israel through rebirth (i.e. a body of reborn Jews), they spurn Israel’s Law.
While God’s teaching (heb. torah) must not be abused as a vehicle for salvation,
and while rebirth is imperative for the latter, being regenerate alone won’t save anyone if judged lawless [note: all the Jewish people will be reborn at the coming of the Messiah, i.e. they will enter the New Covenant].
“The bar Enash will send out his angels, and they will pull out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and those who continue to break the law.” (Mt 13:41)
“On that day many will say to me, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name? And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’” (Mt 7:22–23)
The Mark of the Beast is LAWLESSNESS (just to clarify).
Thanks for joining the conversation and helping us be aware that there are several streams of interpreting this, and that some believe it has already been fulfilled in the past.
Until the Reformation, there was virtually only the historicist interpretation of the Book of Revelation (a book which was originally written in Hebrew).
Just copying/pasting FYI:
The mark is embedded in biblical context, and to discern its identity it has to stay there. The context is primarily found in the Book of Revelation. Its complex prophecies spiral through 2,000 years of history, in fairly chrono-logical order, from the second century until the millennium (and beyond). As stated in Rev 1:1, it is written in symbols and describes events which unfolded from Yohanan’s day onward. Since it predicts the fall of Rome, the encoding was necessary, because in case of Roman capture a decoded form would have meant certain death. Besides sketching the rise and fall of Islam plus some interim visions of the redeemed, it focusses on the fallen cherub’s main tool: Rome (Rev 12:3–4; 13:2).
The prophecies are limited to the Roman earth, that is, to continental Europe:
• Pagan Rome (4 horses).
• Christian Rome (Constantinian Apostasy aka ‘The Great Falling Away’).
• Fall of the Roman Empire (4 trumpets).
• Rise of Papal Rome (Dark Ages, Reformation, Counter-Reformation).
• Fall of Papal Rome (7 bowls – French Revolution, Napoleon, etc.).
The nucleus, however, is the 1,260-year period of Papal persecution and murder, a timespan which any cardinal will confirm [end of quote].
To veil the Papacy’s identity of being “in-place-of Christ” (anti-Christ/Mashiach), the Jesuits introduced to other interpretation methods, to wit, PRETERISM & FUTURISM. Particularly the latter is found all over the Internet and bookshops today. It’s the reason why the masses wait for a FUTURE individual Antichrist, a FUTURE “abomination of desolation,” some FUTURE “Two Witnesses,” etc.
Mainstream Christianity is controlled by Rome, which is the final Gentile power before the coming of the Messiah. Also, for instance, the GREAT TRIBULATION has been put into the future. Yeshua WARNED JEWS about that time of unprecedented terror, not Gentiles. The Great Tribulation was (a) Jerusalem’s destruction in 68 CE, and (b) Jerusalem’s destruction between 1941-1945, i.e. the 3 1/2-year lasting Final Solution. In other words, it pinpointed the start and culmination of the Roman Exile [note: Luke 21 shows that Yeshua doesn’t return immediately after the end of the Great Tribulation; there are certain events listed in between and they don’t occur within 5 minutes – one can easily get the chronology wrong].
The ultimate fulfillment of the “Great Tribulation” was the Shoah. Now, we’re only waiting for Russia & friends literally attacking the Medinat Yisrael, i.e. what Revelation calls ARMAGEDDON.
Despite the growing anti-Semitism, Israel has nothing to fear. God allows the growing anti-Semitism (which is prophesied in the Tanakh), to eventually take vengeance on all the nations who have ever persecuted His people.
We are all humanistically conditioned, but God hasn’t changed – He will indeed take vengeance.
As said, all the Jewish people will be saved, whether secular or not. The Messianic Jews, who have largely succumbed to Rome’s idol (the Trinity), will be cleansed from that.
Also, all of the Jewish deceased will be raised; all of those who have died during previous millennia including the 1.5 million children who died in the Shoah, or any IDF soldiers, or an orthodox Jew killed by Arabs.
In closing, – the Torah observant Messiah did not abolish any mitzvot. The same principle as under Moses applies: “The same law for the stranger.” The only mitzva Gentiles are NOT to emulate is physical circumcision. That was the way of grafting in Gentiles in pre-New Covenant times, or is still the way if they want to convert to Judaism.
Yet, the grafting into the “Israel of God” (Gal 6:16), i.e. a regenerate body of Jews & Gentiles, occurs through water & spirit immersion in the Messiah’s name, to wit, through spiritual circumcision (and then they are subject to Mosaic Law as, for example, Rut was…).
Paul’s statement, “We are not under the law, but under grace” refers to the “Law of Sin and Death,” not the Written Torah.
Thus, there is a lot confusion out there, last but not least because the 4 gospels were compiled by Gentiles around 170 CE. Mt, Mk, and Lk are the paganized remains of the “Gospel According to the Hebrews” (hated by Romans & Rabbis alike) which was dissected, copied, and corrupted (John was corrupted too). I am including two links, one regarding the Trinity and the other regarding Torah observance:

Praise the Lord! I agree the Mark of the Beast deals with what our thoughts and our heart as demonstrated by the tefellin. “Here is the perseverance of the kedoshim-those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua.” Rev. 14:12
We can fear all the upcoming technological advances or we can fear God.
I believe the mark will be physical and in the flesh like a tattoo.
It can’t be thrown away nor can it be taken out of the body. It will be permanent, it may have technological parts but it will still be part of the flesh, easily seen and no argument about whether the person has it or not. Those who have it will want the world to know they have it and are proud of it. It will be worship to their god and it will please their god the most if they show it.
That is what I get out of the scripture that tells us it is coming. The beast who will require the mark has not yet come, the scripture tells us he hasn’t come yet. So I don’t think the world has seen the mark as of yet, but when it is come, there will be no one in the world who will be ignorant of it.
The Mark of the Beast ?
Yes it is happening today, before our eyes, literally.
How was it predicted? IMV it has all happened before. It was in the Collective Conciouness of those open to it. It is obvious the world is older than 6000 years, as some believe due to Biblical as seen as Obsolete Truth.
It is said History Repeats itself. Including Climate change, and yes man has contributed to it. There are those who prophecy today and are not listen to.
It is said there is nothing new under the sun. I for one limit my use of the mark where I can, No smart phone, No scocial media other than on here and the like. ???? ???? where have I said this before?
I think it’s better to concentrate on recognizing the “ BEAST”.
It has been shown that in recent modern history many unfortunate guesses have been suggested at what the mark is. Some felt that it was the social security number, credit cards, bar codes and even of late the COVID vaccine.
However the scripture clearly states that the man of perdition will cause all those
Who take the mark to worship him. So whatever the mark turns out to be it has to be an open and obvious choice to receive it. God wouldn’t condemn someone who didn’t have a clue and was watching for it to be tricked into it.
It’s another reason to be aware of the deception to come.
Shalom
