At the annual Cybertech conference in Tel Aviv, the former head of the CIA, David H. Petraeus, called Israel a superpower in the realm of cyber-technology. There were about 15,000 participants from 80 countries taking part in the conference. Among them were delegations from various intelligence services such as the CIA, Mossad and Israel’s internal security service, Shin Bet.
