But without hesitation, and quite elegantly, we might add, Kadosh agreed recently to take part in a fashion show in Delhi, where she and 37 other ambassadors modeled the latest designs by India’s top fashion designers all to raise money for young girls in crisis.
In the audience were the crème de la crème of Indian society, including many leading businessmen who have donated generously toward boosting education for young girls in the country. Joining Maya on the catwalk were her husband, Sammy, and their daughter, Emily. Together with the other ambassadors, they managed to raise an impressive $2 million.
